Self-Installation – During the internet activation process, a third-party installation technician may not enter the customer’s house/building to check the internet signal on the wall jack and has to work from outside the premises. In any case, customer is required to connect the equipment to the wall by themselves and IVC will provide instructions remotely via phone/email/online chat. If any customer requires IVC to send a field support to connect the equipment, an on-site service charge of $100 will be required for each visit. On-site field support is subject to availability.

Extended Warranty – 30 days full refund of monthly invoice & processing fee with Rogers 100M, 150M, 300M or 500M speed plans only. With all other promotions, processing fees will not be refunded except the monthly invoice payment upon cancellation within 30 days.
